Enrollment
At Vine & Branches, we make the enrollment process seamless and transparent.
To begin the enrollment process, first schedule a tour to see what we are all about! No time for a tour, but think Vine & Branches is the right place for you? Give us a call with questions; you may also fill out our Registration Form right here on our website to begin the process.
After your tour, if you’re excited about what we have to offer and you feel Vine & Branches is a good fit for your child, we’ll give you an Enrollment form to fill out and begin the process. We know you’re busy; you can expect forms to take you 20 minutes or less.
Keep in mind that we need your Registration form and School Entrance Health form to be enrolled. Your doctor should have a copy of the school entrance health form to sign and date for you, but if you’d like you can also download one here and bring it to your doctor’s office.
Once we have all of your info, you’ll receive an invite for our Brightwheel app — our awesome parent/teacher communication tool!
Within a few days, we’ll add you to the correct classroom, and set up your billing within the app.

Partnerships with Parents
Vine & Branches partners with parents every step of the way, creating a Christ-centered community that reinforces the values held dear at home.
Brightwheel, our fantastic app for Childcare families, provides an easily accessible way to receive photos, daily communication, and updates from your child’s teacher. You can expect anywhere from 3-6 photos of your child throughout the day, and responses from your child’s teacher directly. Keep in mind that because we are teaching and spending important time with your children, typically responses won’t be immediate, though you will be communicated with in a timely manner. You’ll also receive monthly newsletters regarding events, fundraisers and spiritual growth opportunities, as well as a monthly newsletter from our Director. We keep our families in the loop!
Vacation Credit
Vine and Branches offers one full week of vacation credit for each family!
Enjoy a week away annually with no tuition fee after 6 months of enrollment have been completed.
Please let us know when you want to take advantage of your vacation credit at least 14 days prior to your trip.
