Early Childhood Educators at Vine & Branches lay the groundwork for little hearts to be joyful, eager learners who show Jesus to the world!

As role models and teachers, our staff are highly trained in early childhood education, and value learning, play, kindness, respect, community, communication and faith. We set aside two full days for prof development before we kick off the new school year, bringing in professional trainers and coaches. Teachers and coaches discuss learning styles, social emotional behaviors, classroom and curriculum, and have opportunities to collaborate with other area Christian preschool teachers. Our families treat our teachers to lunch and snacks during these professional development days, too; showing them love and support.

As a team, we love swapping ideas and celebrating birthdays and important milestones with each other. Joy and collaboration in the workplace are a necessity!
