A Day of Faith, Family, and Fun: Fall Fest 2026 at Vine & Branches Lutheran Church & Childcare in Aldie, Virginia

What a wonderful day of old-fashioned family fun! On October 10^th, Vine & Branches Lutheran Church & Childcare welcomed families and friends to our biggest Fall Fest yet! It was an afternoon filled with laughter, community, exciting fall activities, and countless opportunities to make special autumn memories together.

Our annual Fall Festival is one of our favorite events to plan, and something our team looks forward to all year long. As our biggest event of the year, Fall Fest is about more than just seasonal festivities. It’s an opportunity to bring families together and support our community while sharing the love of Christ with everyone who joins us.

Fall Fun for the Whole Family

This year we pulled out all the stops! Guests enjoyed a fantastic lineup of activities including trunk-or-treating, pony rides, a petting zoo, a bounce house, face painting, balloon artistry, and hands-on crafts for children of all ages. There was something for everyone, whether families were snapping fall photos at our photo booth, climbing aboard the fire truck for discovery, or getting in line (again) for their next pony ride!

Of course, no fall celebration would be complete without some tasty treats! Guests could enjoy popcorn, candy apples, hot apple cider, cotton candy, and a variety of amazing food trucks while soaking in the festive atmosphere. There were also plenty of laughs and friendly competition with festival favorites like Dunk the Director and our chance to Pie Pastor Chris!

Exciting Giveaways and Special Surprises

We were thrilled to offer exciting giveaways and prizes! Families had the chance to win a month of free tuition, a Vine & Branches Childcare Day Camp Bundle, and a children’s Bible to encourage time together in God’s Word. Our raffles featured some great prize baskets full of fun fall themed games and activities for kids, pampering treats for adults, and even a pack of gift cards for families to enjoy other fall adventures throughout our local area. These prizes were a special way to celebrate the families who make our community so wonderful.

Growing Together in Faith and Community

At Vine & Branches, we believe in creating opportunities for families to connect, build friendships, and experience God’s love together. Events like Fall Fest allow us to open our doors to the community, share the joy of fellowship, and celebrate the many blessings God has given us through our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us, volunteered their time, donated items, sponsored activities, and helped bring this special day to life.
