On June 20th, we celebrated the start of the season with a vibrant summer kick-off party, which also served as an Open House for our Childcare program. Vine & Branches Lutheran Church & Childcare families came together to provide tons of fun for our Aldie, Virginia community.  

Our event featured a fantastic cookout, complete with delicious hot dogs and a variety of other tasty treats.  Parents and children alike could be seen laughing and having fun playing lawn games across our campus. An impromptu hula hoop contest brought laughter and joy as grandmothers, daughters, and their little ones showcased their skills. The children had an absolute blast bouncing around in the moon bounce house, competing to see who could stay on their feet the longest! We also had two incredibly talented artists on hand, providing full animal face painting and adorning cheeks with vibrant rainbows and flowers. One brave artist even took on the challenge of creating a “super kitty” face!

Inside, our dedicated teachers led engaging learning activities, while our Childcare Director and Curriculum Coordinator offered tours of our facilities and answered questions about enrollment.

A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who attended and to all the volunteers who made this event a resounding success. Your support and enthusiasm are what make our community so special!
